Museum Curator Federal Government - retired after thirty years service. Projects worked on through the years: Restoration of Lincoln Home; probate and catalog Truman family personal items; Save America White House grant curator and project manager for the restoration of George Washington Military Tents with the Rockefeller Founation and State of Virginia as partners; and retired from Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. Served on the board of Preservation Virgina.

Currently travel keeps me on the road half the year visiting family and friends and attending special events and programs, such as Scottish Week at the John C. Campbell Folk School in NC. I try to stay out of politics, but am a voting Commissioner in Jefferson County. Kianis Club of Charles Town WV keeps me busy with projects and I have served in all local offices and (twice) Lt. Governor for WV representing the Eastern Panhandle.

School Story:

Graduated from the University of Illinois (Springfield)
Attended the Univ. of IL, The College of William and Mary and the University of Tennessee for graduate courses.
Was a Dupont Fellow in historic preservation and a Jefferson Scholar in historic architecture.
